Given article seems mere copy paste of wikipedia page. some efforts should be taken to arrange the information is notes format. The apparent bulkiness of given article is due to paragraph writing nature.
more over demanding remuneration for providing copy past work in pdf format.... (and making this content copy protective)... in my personal opinion, is unethical...
Sir few developers may have done what you said and we will definately look into it.
Rest their are tons of things which are nowhere else to be found like dmpq and daily current affairs. so we need to protect our content and even track the pdf's for missuse.
Several of MP so called great institutes have been observed copying the content and the restrictions are placed keeping them in mind.
